mugen on x box 360

how do I put my mugen on my X box 360 if you can and
can I put some computer games on 360 to
because I realy wonted to put my street of rage 1,2,3 and 4 on my 360 fav game in the world
my next W.I.P will be cvs axel frem streets of Rage and two other characters I wont tell till I post the w.i.p

I've heard that you can't use mugen on the x-box 360, a friend told me that its because x-mugen is based on linux mugen, and the x-box could read linux??, and the 360 can only read windows??

Really I dont know thats what a friend told me
