I don't like so much the colors you used and the "mad side" looks like an ogre more than a burned face. Even so, looks great and it's a remarkable work in progress, so I can live with the image.

You should consider the classical giant coin for a super/hyper, and a grab super/hyper with a coin toss, one line like "bad luck, buddy" and then he shots in the face.

Just some ideas considering the iconic characteristics and clichés of Two-Face.

Use two-guns using diferent colors for the shooting animation, also a classic tommy gun  two face is a gangster he often use a lot of guns try being original involving a toss coin and then choose between weapons
