Supers and projectiles not working at the edge of screen

So I re-scaled all my mugen chars to half (localcoord=640,360) in each character's .def in order to improve visuals, specially with low res chars.
The results are great,I only have to set the backgroud effects of chars to fit sceen.



But I had another problem with char like cloud by cloud strife, vegeta z2 by balthazar and divinepison bydivinewolf

at the edge of screen some attacks just dont hit

as you saw the projectile attack dissapears at the edge of the screen as well as the meteor rain
I want to know what I may do in order to get the p2 get hit by the p1 at the edge of the screen with this localcoord setting
