[Edit & W.I.P]Low Res-Blue-Mugen-Default 1.0 & 1.1 Release

 well  I am no expert on screen pack in general but this is my edit custom screen pack. I used from Mugen Jet's as practice and took elebyte Logo and added with Mugen software, there so mush to learn and learn more about screen pack and how they works and understanding everything about them. I still trying figure out some things about them.  I took the time by Asking permission to Lows 9.0 if I could Used his letter M Logo  and the blue background and here the response to that subject

I also I want to reconstruct it and add to my own edit for the screen pack and once the screen pack is complete I would give you the credit for using your logo and the blue background for the screen pack

Lows 9.0: Hey man, this is looking good, i gave up updating the screenpack cause i'm using mugen multiverse by duracelleur now. of course you can use, i have no problem with that. by the way, any chance of you make a version with 500 or 700 slots? that would be very nice. thank you for asking me permission and good luck
