I can't say I knew any of the people involved in this, but I am familiar with the town, as my father lived in WI for 16 or so years. I don't know how to express how disgusting this is. This man is supposed to uphold the law. If he is capable of this kind of act, how do you think he was treating people everyday on his job? How much righteousness was there to his manner when he pulled someone over? How many more police officers are just like this guy?
