Full Games Database?
« on: April 19, 2013, 06:31:44 PM »
I don't know if one already exists, I haven't actually been part of the gaming and developing scene in a long, long time (I come here mostly for the superhero talk). I think the Mugen Database section up above would benefit from a Full Games database.

This probably isn't the place to post this, but whatever.

doesn't the wiki have links to all full games or you looking for something on this forum..... Mmmm a section for all of IMT's full games......Wow the front of the site doesn't even have it.

I don't like this. Tho it would make locating and DL'ing games quicker and easier.  you also make it to easy for people to be lechers. The only upside is it made reduce to amount of files that are uploaded else where because people have a hard time finding the games. Can someone stomp my mind set flat? seriously i feel im missing something here.

What he/she means is that like the character/stage databases have a full game one it would be a lot easier for people to find then say I dont know searching in google? And it would help get those said full games that are on other sites some attention.

This exactly.

There are also a number of projects which can only be found in specific threads on message boards. I think it might be useful to have an easy to access database linking right to those threads.

I see where your going with this. Ive been there looking for something at forum and it a pain. I still dont support this idea because ive also found allot of awesome stuff digging for said item, which i wouldn't have never found if i had an direct link. But a data base is a good idea none the less. Cheers.  :)
