Quick Adjust for AI #2

the reason I'm messing with the AI is so my friend (who needs a couple new fighters to play) has a handicap because this one game, the AI may be a little above his level.  How do I make the AI lessen the amount of regular attacks it does, or just lessen the amount of one thing I should ask?  Combo strings are fine, I'm sure he can deal with that it just puts out an exorbitant amount of regular attacks when the opponent is at any reachable distance intelligently so it pushes them out of punishing distance.  Anyway, just asking how do I lessen them so there is some "duhhh" open space where the char is open season to attack so my friend can win some fights at least.  You explained before but how can I provide more open space?  I really want my friend to see what mugen has to offer.

Less random, like 10 or 20. Alter the triggers so you have to be really close. AI is all about good triggering. Bad triggering results in a spammy AI that is actually simple to beat once you know about the holes.

For an example of that. Homer with judgespears AI. It's terrible. It's beyond terrible. All it does is LP till it hits you, then it can combo. To win. c.LK, instant victory.
