Nope. It's 1.0 exclusive

Get use to that my comrade, a lot of upcoming MUGEN chars are gonna be 1.0 exclusive. Just upgrade

The hyper  :2 :3 :6 :k :k doesn't do anything...
love the walk, glad you change the Bison float to a walking Avalanche!!  :thumbsup:

by any chance does he say "pulse"? i'm thinking that i have uploaded the day before version instead of the day version, hence why hypersonic mentioned about some missing quotes he had ( drat,  :'( ) i'll be upload it now  <_<|...|
