Sig/Avvy request

Hi Folks, its been 5 years since I donned this Avatar and signature and I would like to request a new one of each now I dont have a specific image for the Avatar but I want it to be Luke Cage themed and as for the sig well I figured you could use this picClick me.
for a reference, mainly the part where he is beating people up. And there's a quote he says "Stay down before I knock you down again!" I would like to have added to it oh and I stumbled upon this fan made pic for the lulz
