I made this thread to discuss Global warming.

I think that Global warming is a serious issue that needs to be addressed real soon before it kills us all, either with the rising sea level caused by the rising temperatures melting the polar ice caps, or by the Sun's ultraviolet rays burning us to a crisp. I think that people need to start doing something to reduce or try to completely eliminate the effects of Global Warming.

That's all I have to say for now, what are your thoughts on global warming? What do you think can be done to reduce the effects?

The weather on my country is really f***** up because of it.

Rain still appears these days but when I was kid...
The winter time (Yeah... Since we don't get snow around here,we call the raining season "Winter") should be over by now and we should get more breezes but instead...
We have both things at the same time...

I saw a pictures from satellite's of what North Pole looked like 40-50 years ago and what it looks like today.
Lets just say I believe in Global Warming.

The North Pole was so  much larger 50 years ago.

Not to be off topic, but where I live it has not rained for weeks. It so bad that the county I live in taking people water away if we use the water for washing our car, leaving the water sprinkle. This start on Monday

Yep i belive global warming is becoming serious, i choose to write a report on it in college to let ppl know about and to be up to date about it. Also sometimes now when it's really how i wear a hoodie to cover my face and body because i don't want to get any type of cancer or something from the UV rays.

a discussion is like a debate, you have your opinions , i have mine kinda thing, usually a discussion has more validity and less argument over a subject, global wariming is everybody;s problem, whether you believe or not(i dont) reason being , i live in PA, its gets cold here, VERY cold, and ive never seen it get any "warmer" so uh......yeah

he speaks truth you can not have a discussion with out both side present that is just weird thinking.....but I do belive in it cause I live in fl and every year it gets hotter(spring and summer) and I mean noticeably hotter(when I was younger there were never days when it was recommended not to go outside)

Global warming hasnt affected ur area of PA so it isnt real?  Brilliant!!!  Global warming doesnt just make the world hotter.  It affects and changes the climate.  People like urself are the reason not much has been done to help the matter.

There isn't much discussion if you make a thread where everyone agrees  . I mean agree with you interms of Global Warming being caused by humans, but I believe a discussion should have two sides, not just one where everyone agrees. Acey seems to be a pretty smart person, I bet he some intelligent responses if he thinks this is something natural within the earth.
