Help with Mugen 1.0

Hey i hope you can help but i need help with mugen 1.0 im currently using CFJ(Capcom Fighting Jam)Screenpack and has characters and im trying to put order in arcade and team arcade but the order wont work?its like the game ignores it.can you help me..but the stages coding works only the oeders pls help :(
