... only this time, list every single Name parameter for superheroes and supervillains (as in comics, not video games) that you have.

Once again, I figured nobody would be better at this than you guys.

What's his theme, or power set like. That's always a good place to start when naming superheroes.

Is he lightning based? You could call him White Lightning..............The bad guys could make moonshine jokes at him.

Often part of the costume color can be used as part of the name.

How did he get his powers, accident, born with it, magical gift/curse?

You could call him "something-man" where "something" is based on his power-set, and is often animal themed in comics.

If all else fails, give him a random military rank like Captain.

Captain Man...

 

Then there are those who just fuse a few words together to make a new word, like how most of English is made up of Latin words smushed together.

He's not wearing a mask under his hood/cowl, so is his identity secret? If yes, perhaps you should add a domino mask.

For the record, the character already has a name, Bluestreak.  He's a collaboration effort by Diepod and JZ.  I believe he's looking for a list of names to be used for intros/outros.  More info about the character here:
