Adding a Now Load Screen

Hi, my mugen 1.0 loads a lot and was thinking to use the Now loading screen to cover the black space when loading. is there a way to make a loading screen? what do i need to do? please help me.

You mean when you open it? You need an intro or logo set up. Make them long enough they'll last while it does the other stuff. Otherwise you extend how long the VS screen lasts.
