Sprites Change Back to Original Color On Different Palette?

Hey guys,

I just changed the portrait of Captain America (EOH) by Acey, and Fighter Factory said the sprites aren't in order do you which to change them and I said yes.

Now whenever Captain America is fighting his palette always flashes back to the original palette whenever he gets hit??

Does anybody know how to fix this?
