how do you a change a characters special or supers

I wanted to know how do you change a characters supers or specials.Like for example can I change ryu/ken hadoken to back back X instead of a half circle foward X(trust me Im not changing hadoken).I just wanted to know is there a way you can do this in general.I already downloaded fighter factory.I think it has something to do with the cmd file but im not sure.can someone please help me out

got to the cmd in ff and fite the attack then on the side click on edit and then add in your code

what do you mean by fight the attack?I did the other stuff u said and when i tried to play with the character the move wont even work anymore at all

find the move in the cmd.

then change it with the cmd you want

I tried that but it wont let me save over the original cmd file.it says access is denied.after that I tried to delete the original cmd file and keep my one and when I tried to do the move,I couldnt do it anymore.the move was completely disabled.any other suggestions

open the cahr with fighter factory, and then just modify it
