hi. I had play it. some kick. (SF4 style) and ultra. and saving attack  's sprite . and ultra move code are from my SFMX sagat? if use just give my credit is ok.
I also have this experience. using other creator creation but know know who make this. it 's OK!

It is a mugen battle, Rufus vs C.Viper. It proved that someone made them for mugen. but who and where have they realeas them? This is and open question for me.

I like Chuchoryu. because he is making sf4 chars in 2D. Hoping that he will makes sfex, sf1 etc chars in sf3 style.

Both of you need to stop with this stuff. It's not needed and Aumio Khan, your wrong about that. Those are single sprites made from a graphic artist, from a couple of years back. So, don't bump other people's topic, with this type of stuff. Hell don't bump at all, only if you are the creator.
