Well.....my suggestion is the database. Usually you know if it is new by the date next to the character or something. If you're unsure, don't post in the news like you did. Trevor is old,  unless he is either updated or he is being hosted in a new place, you should have posted him in the database instead.

If i´m not mistaken,he wasn´t hosted at Paodemugen before,he was somewhere else,so tecnically it´s news i believe
Shouldn´t the news thread be started by the official reporters(xerxes,fr33dom87)or mods(like sabaki)?
