Toei deleted a Mugen project

A user that I know had released a Dragon Ball project in pocket format, but...

Mediafire had deleted the file under Toei request.

This is the message I've received on my Mediafire account:

The file dragon ball ts mugen pocket.rar identified by the key (4wognvgcrafgt9b) has been deleted by MediaFire support.

The reason for deletion was:

- Is this related to Mediafire who are opening their legs to copyright
- Or is this related with Toei seeking their content?
- or both

On the message I've received, they put many links, not just that project, but a lot of videos, music and other from Dragon Ball, One Piece and others.

Both dead,  this is just the power they already have. MF could have fought this.

What a load. MUGEN is the ultimate advertiser. I learned about Darkstalkers, Cyberbots, several animes, quite a few SNK games I didn't know about, and much more, through MUGEN. It makes you want to buy the official games, not make you not want them anymore.

If I remember correctly, this is exactly why Japan as a whole, is so nonchalant with piracy in the country. Usually pirates will buy an official version of the content at most, a year or two after the fact. I might be mistaken though.

Well in this case it isn't even piracy. This is a bit like banning flash games that use the DBZ image. It is fan made, and powerful advertising.
