Broken mugen screen pack sound issue

yeah i was just given the Broken mugen screen pack which works great but i have two issues with it one the background music for the stages it really low i was wondering how i turn up the volume (I saw a thread here about this issue earlier but didnt read it cause i didnt think to use this pack if i can be directed towards it much thanks)and one more thing is that i every now and then get this memory error not vitural memory but its an error saying that mugen can not read memory something something(i forgot what it said ill find out later and repost it) then after is says that mugen has suffered an error must shut down i have no idea why its doing this but like i said it does everynow and then so anywho whatever help i can get on these two issues is greatly appreciated.

make an shortcut of your mugen.exe

go to properties.

go to Target:
add an space and add the following text: -configplugins

click apply and save.

now click the shortcut.

a widow should appear for modifying the plugins.

after you are done with that.

go and play MUGEN!

heres the error that i get when I use the Broken Mugen screenpack and it happens every now and then with the EvE screen pack not as offen as Broken but it says (The Instruction at "0x00417f63" referenced memory at "0x012fb00". The memory could not be "written") dose anyone know what this means or how to fix it if at all?

i get that so many times it's not even funny, mainly guilty gear chars make it do that.

that make sence cause all the characters that i have inserted at the moment are only Guilty Gear but then again when i first got it i only had my predators in and still it continued to do it.
