The song and anime being parodied here is called Bokusatsu Tenshi_Dokuro chan (Club to Death Angel Dokuro-chan).
It is a twisted little anime about a angel who comes to earth to save the main character, however she can kill him and revive him as much as she wants to. She kills him by clubbing him to death with her spiked club

If that was serious they actually could have killed the Jojo legacy for good...by ruining Dio,thankfully that was a parody.although i didn`t like it too much(disturbing tiny look of the characters)
