Mesopotamian Shrine by V-Nix

This stage was inspired by Gilgamesh, after watching Fate/Zero. But the basic
concept was taken from an artwork depicting a statue of Gilgamesh (from the
Final Fantasy games) with his treasured swords in a shrine-like environment.

There are 2 DEF files, one for regular 4:3 MUGEN, and one for HD resolution,
I must note, that the HD resolution uses a localcoord of 400,300; which means
the localcoord of the chars while using the stage must be of that value.

With the exception of chars that have their own localcoord such as BlazBlue
characters, for those ones, you have to guess what localcoord suits them best
for the stage.

The HD stage however, has really bad fps issues, so.. I dont recommend using
it orz
