Not bad, I like the franken spriting choices and the palette
I just think the shape of her right leg/thigh needs to be more rounded/needs more shape, it's too straight and looks kinda weird

Hm, there's something about the torso that doesn't look right to me. 

Rainbow isn't a good idea for the face because she has those big "watery anime eyes" 

All-in-all, the legs look great, and nice use of Rainbow to give an appropriately muscled body.

I'm gonna make/find a separate face for Shulkie.

I'm also about to try on making a smart pal so she can have both this outfit, her F4 outfit and maybe Red Shulk

Wow!!! She is amazing!!! The only thing that bothers me a bit are the hair but in general she is very nice!!! Excellent work guys!!! Crossing fingers this wip will be released unlike other she-hulk wips!!!!

looks great, but what about her height? seems stocky rather than slim and tall, maybe a bit of length in her thighs will make her as tall as her mvc3 counterpart
