zipped chars

alright so, i've read zipped chars work in mugen. . .  what am i doing wrong? i put chars name.zip followed by the stage and order and no luck. i would like to save some space. . . any help?

I havn't used zip chars in 1.0 so this information might be old. First you need to have the zlib.dll file in your plugins folder, then you need to add it to the list of dll files in the mugen.cfg.

Then the zip file itself should have no folders inside the zip files, just all the character files right there inside the zip file. Also the zip file title and the character.def title need to be the same.
