Hello infinitymugen, I haven't been here in like four years. Well anyway I am a Blazblue mugen character creator. My next WIP is Noel. The Noel will NOT be accurate to the source game. I am planning on making the gameplay like a "hit and run" character. The character will have great speed but does minimal damage. It will have "mode selects" to chose from during the intro that changes the gameplay and other things etc. Please give me suggests,tips,tricks etc.
