Putting the same sprites back into the characters causes pallette problems?

Hey guys,

Whenever I try to put the sprites back into a character like let's says zvitor's Wolverine the palette always seems to get screwed up, like it's all the wrong colours??

I'm trying to resizes the sprites like the tutorial on here but the palette always comes back weird into the character!

Your probably forgetting to index and format the sprites to work with the pallete.
