I had a dream last night and it showed me a world...

A world where Heath Ledger Joker and classic Joker were two completely different characters that coexisted in the DC Universe, both of which went by the Joker moniker. However, Joker and Ledger, tired of continually butting heads in Gotham, decided to spread their "joy" across the globe. In an attempt to act upon this, Ledger left Gotham and made his way to Metropolis.

What did Ledger do in Metropolis?

He made it look like this.

Of course, Metropolis is the territory of Big Boy Blue. You would think that any incarnation of the Joker would be absolutely no match for Superman, even a watered down incarnation. This is not so, however. Ledger not only managed to beat Superman away, he managed to evade him completely for much of the dream, beating the cape senseless with tricks and traps, all while cooing creepily songs and chides, telling Superman his usual unanswerable riddles and false origins, and ultimatums, plots, plans, insanities

And I have to say, it was chilling in a good way. Even though it wasn't real, I loved every minute of Ledger being considered a Superman villain instead of a Batman one. It was probably the single greatest superhero dream I've had, and I've had many.

Just thought I'd share.

Edit: And so I don't leave this topic discussion-less, I'll pose a question: What villains would you like to see swap heroes?

hmmmm i dont think i would want any villian to swap with a hero cause most villians would either destroy the world, get rid of all the humans and just have mutants run it, erradicate all life in the known universe or just have the wolrd gone nuts and filled with just either serial killers, rapists , sociopaths , mutants, animals, plants , dinosaurs or demons. villians equal hell on earth and not utopia . but if i had to pick the lesser of evils...gimmie magneto over proffesor x then. at least he might just sit me on my own island away from mutants.

Lol. Did you hear what they want to do with the comics Joker? They want to redesign him to make him look (and probably even act) like the Heath Ledger version... I think DC is taking that movie WAYYYY too seriously.

nahh i didnt hear that one. my question is...why? seriously, i thought ledger was good in the flick but to then change joker to more how he played the part is just ...tarded. they def taking that movie far too seriously. I like derrange , weird and psychotic funny joker. i didnt like too much the realistic joker played by ledger like that. cool joker but gimmie jack nicholson back . , but nahh i think they shouldnt change joker because of that movie. thats going way too far. next they gonna change how the x men formed to what x men first class gave us.
