need with mugen 1.0 screen

the i have is window in full sceen alredy but it to big and see for mugen data flie it is under vid window but no setting case in the old one for mugen it was lot easier

Do you mean you can't see the edges?

If that is what you mean change to these values:
[Config]

GameSpeed = 60

GameWidth = 640

GameHeight = 480

And it will go back to non-widescreen mode.

And maybe also the [Video] settings (remember to remove the ; if you do this)
