I wanted to know if this character is open source or not. I checked both lists in the "open source / not open source" thread... and I didn't see any of these names (but that could just mean they're working under different names). So instead of assuming that it is, I wanted to ask if anyone knew. I know that it has not been updated in quite a long time. However, I've read that just because a character is "dead" does not necessarily mean that it is open source.
If anyone has any info regarding this, your help would be appreciated.
