Filtered Juggernaut

Someone asked yesterday if there would be a Juggernaut, so I decided to go in this direction next, today we have two X-Men bosses. First is Juggernaut by Kong, with a mugen 1.0 AI dampiner, if the AI is too difficult now just set the game setting to an esier AI level, right now level 8 is full on Kong and level 1 is no AI with shades of grey inbetween.   I"m liking the looks of these filtered characters being released. I'm hoping there are a few characters I personally like get filtered. Heck, I'd be more than happy to help add to the list.

Play mugen, go to options, the very first setting.

Nice to see some fixes in Kong's chars but, are these filtered chars exclusive for mugen 1.0 ?? or you can use them in winmugen too ??

Mugen 1.0 only, this was the best way to make the A.I. Level work and avoid all of Kong's chars kicking everyone's bottoms while still allowing difficult A.I. for those who like a challenge.
