Well, I decided to test out my tiny modification I did to blackheart to allow his LP to combo into his MP. (Thanks AA250!) and I hit random and that's who I got to fight, figure I might as well tell you what I know of Orstac. He's a great Kim edit. And he's spanish. Most importantly though, He's really cheap. Annotations in the video explain why.
