On where you put win quotes in the cns for 1.0, can they go anywhere?

When you add them in the character cns file for use in 1.0, can you only put it after movement and not anywhere else in the cns?

Reason I ask is I wanna add quotes to Fist of the Northstar  and Arcana Heart characters, but the sections  of the files saying which secton is which, where typed out in another language other than English and I can't tell which section is which.

So can I just add the quotes anywheres on the cns files without screwing up anything?

yeah, technically they can go anywhere, but all the code in the character is in english, even if the notes are in a different language so you shouldn't have a problem finding the "correct" location. If you still can't find it then I suggest you just put it at the bottom of the CNS file.
