The outfit reminds me of a cross between her MK3 outfit and her MKD/MKA Alt. 

Little concerned about the fact that her hair looks a little shorter than it should (could just be the pic though) 

Really hoping she has hair attacks.

Her hair looks fine to me. Remember her design was loosely based off Bride of Frankenstein.

Yeah, she was awesome in mk3!
so it seems like the old mk1-mk3 cast will be in, if the bring back kabal, please make him as good or better as he was in mk3.
He was a beast in that game!

Kabal was more or less confirmed via a leak of sound files from the official MK2011 website.  They had several of the characters intro quotes.  Kabal was among them as was Sindel, Stryker, Smoke and Quan Chi (to name a few).   Also there was stage music for several stages.

I'd say they were pretty legit as Ed Boon was not happy about the leak.  But who knows.
