Tag Team Help

Hi, new around here. Anyway, got the Tag Team patch installed, got that down pat.  However, when I switch characters, the second char I picked is controlled by the CPU. Is ther anyway to make it so that I control both characters after switching?  Much help appreciated.

To controll the character press Ctrl 3 to toggle between the computer controlling it or you controlling it.

Smae for player 2 only the command is Ctrl 4

Okay, went into a match and attempted this, switched to the second character and pressed Ctrl 3.  Didn't work.  Anything else? ^^;
