Best way to get rid of an all day stomach ache?

Any suggestions?  I mean good god I've tried everything I know, and it's still there, help please.

This is what i do.

I take laxetives usually i just gotta go.
2. Drink some pepto bismol
3.heat up some water and add some lemon juice and salt.

Coke syrup. Really good for stomach ache's and problems.

Its better if you find it in syrup form, and not just drink allot of coke .
Though usualy i just have a coke.

Also, if your in a state that allows for Medical Marajauna, and you have acess, then a bit of the old puff puff action should be all you need.

I've tried the coke syrup, I'm thinking I'm going to try Vernors

Is it the kind of ache that makes it feal like your guts are going to implode? Or is it the churning kind, where it feals like your insides are a washing mechine, or is it a bubbling, boiling kind that's got allot of pressure and maybe some fealing of bloating behind it?

Those are the worst, makes you want to curl into a ball. Not much you can really do for those but rest. If they last more then a day or so then you should call the doctor, could be you were infected by some sort of protozoan.

Uhm... spend most of your time in the bathroom I guess...? That's what I do .. just so I can hopefully lose some damn weight.. I read that in rare cases that's actually what you're stomach is trying to do is to help you lose weight...

Most of the time its a microscopic parasite like cryptosporidium; you can catch cryptosporidium from tap water or from food or something unclean because someone didnt wash their hands after going to the bathroom.

i just did an 8 page paper on this stuff, so the big names are stuck in my head still.
