i need a camera or camcorder

i was wondering does anyone know what is the best camera or camcorder to make characters with? I wnt to use it to make chaacters of people that i know and i want to use one of the two to do it. If i were to use a camcorder then i would like to know if you know of one that i would be able to make the vid into frames so i could just use that

It wouldnt be so much about the camera, as it would be the green screen, and lighting and placement.


You could do it with a decent digital cameria; for the screen get allot of poster board, like all green, or pink if they are out; get some good white llights and try to make the lighting kinda even; then just edit and stuff..

What ever you can afford thats digital, should be good enough
