Well GameWinners and CheatCC have been on the net for the longest time... I used to always go to them until IGN and Gamespot and Gamefaqs became popular... ..

I would agree though.. I had to always search through internet forums/boards to find cheat codes and whatnot because everything was in a magazine back then.
