omni psych justice .snd

Hi there guys
Well I've been using omni-psych justice by seven as my final boss and i have this great music on the final stage
and I changed the .snd file with muteki's one. The song integrated is no longer there but the song of the stage
sometimes is interrupted (obviously to play the song integrated but it's not there anymore) so there is no music from time to time.
Does anyone know how and where to change things to fix this??
