I'll be honest, this character has been a wip for over a year. Not because of how difficult it was to code because it wasn't too bad. But because of the fact that I was lacking permission for a few vital things. When I finally got it I got straight to work and finished him. He is made to be as close to his source game, Rival Schools Project Justice, as mugenly possible.

He's a straight port from the game.
