-Omg this Serpent's Wave... ~_~ Too much...      
-If I press LP, and then press MP then Kyo goes from Light Punch into Crouching Medium Punch. l-o-l     FIXED
-Can't LP into HP     FIXED
-Same for LK to HK        FIXED
-The vels for the F, D, F, feel so forced an not very smooth.     TWEAKED

It's kinda weird not having a parry on him like you do most of your other characters.

Hes really good, congrats. I can tell you had a lot of fun making this character. Only issue I've noticed is that you can't connect his Launcher with his Standing Close LP and LK.

Also one thing I find important that you may want to consider: Push Block. Your characters would benefit greatly from this.
