? not to sound offensive, but that's like asking how do you walk........you learn, what does it mean doesn't make sense because you said how do you code meaning you must have some sort of concept of what it is, anyways I take it you've downloaded mugen and want to get into creating, in your mugen foler there's a sub folder called docs, read and try to understand what's in there, it should help you out!
