Can Anyone Tell me about the bases used in this sprite?



And perhaps someone could tell me who made it?

Well, it appears to be a custom made sprite meaning there was no base. Someone made it from scrap. And according to the pic info the creator chose to remain anonymous. (Anónimo)

I really don't think this was made from scratch. Some things look a little odd like it doesn't belong exactly. Like her upper body looks a little awkward which makes me believe there are bases in there. Just can't really tell who it is. The face/torso looks like it probably came from Rogue but not sure on the rest.
