Music skipping in mugen, both ogg and mp3

Well, yeah, that's what it basically is.

Since I'm using vista right now, I can't really adjust the hardware acceleration, so what do I do, other than use 1.0?

Also, that mp3 config file doesn't really do anything to help either.

Home premium, tried both mp3pro and DJ-van. Basic in_mp3 seems to work fine for now, however.
