Changing Portraits (Small and Normal)

Last one, I swear.
I am using the Marvel vs. DC. vs. Capcom vs. SNK screen pack. (It's very pretty IMHO.)
Pretty much all the chars are fitting in great, except for the DC vs. Marvel chars.
Their small portraits are not where the should be on the select screen, and their large portraits are, well... too dang large! I have no problem finding replacement pics, but how can I change them?

I was assuming I could change the files using Fighter Factory... but I just want to be sure i'm not missing anything.

Yep, use Fighter Factory and change sprite 9000,0 for the small portrait, and 9000,1 for the big one.

But before you can change images in fighter factory, youve got to convert them
