Freakin clowns reported my BIo ive been rockin on my profile on xboxlive for two damn months now. Its on my Gamer card. Had to be some random recent clown . I got the alert saying i wont be able to sign in till the 29th of this month. Checked again to make sure it wasnt a hack er somethin so i checked my email and pretty much Xboxlive sent a report someone complained about my BIO....

So i know it had to be someone...I was on earlier today but didnt play anyone when i brought home SSF4 after 2 pm. I was signed in and everything. I went to sleep fairly early about 630pm and got up around after 1 am. I was tired. My settings werent on private to view my Gamer Bio (it was public) so someone did somethin. i cant nail it down to the people on my list. sometimes i add people or people request me from a cool game or whatever we dueled in er somethin. Now?? im not accepting no requests or adding anyone unless i know em. For those i dont interact with im deleting em now cuz im fed with the online nonsense. A lotta these folks i wish i can meet em person and really wreck em Or worse man. I have no problem being a Bully at times to the people who deserve it.

For those who know me you are welcome of course but do know Kai aint the friendly cat anymore. Online sucks and i see that now everywhere..EVERYWHERE...Not into being open anymore for online. Its wack. Heres what my profile says and all for good reason because i was being hit up once and a while by jerks or dweebs who dont think people are hip to the Fake links that hack your account. I was fed up some months ago and changed it to this:

Now i know about cuss words in there but thats an old profile now and it states in the email someone pulled a sucka move and reported that..



As far as xbox im wondering if they did that. report me. or flagged me. but i had that profile up fpr 2 damn months so im sure it had to be some rage quitter recently who did that.Probably looked at the history feed of folks they played online and found my name..Not my freakin fault they suck at videogames! dont play online if you dont like gettin ya Crack kicked!!!..wtf man.. Right or wrong folks?

Anyway i wont be able to sign in till the 29th of this month....and watch what you put in your profile and always be on private

i will be following up with Xbox live later in the mourning to make sure this is all filed in. Cuz i cant change my profile BIO if i cant sign in. So for Atice & reza who see me around ill see ya later.

The behavior deal - I guess - was because of how me and some friends would destroy people in the first Modern Warfare and Halo 3. The ban was terrible, but the rest was good times.

yeh man its ridiculous. Im not much of a trash talker. Not my thing. I may do it with close friends because we do get hella competitive at times but its all in good fun we laugh at. But with these Randomers?... Geezus man . I wont do it unless u do cuz i dont know u. We make people Rage quit a lot in Left 4 dead 2 as humans or Monsters and im like wow its not that serious. Same thing when Call of duty 4 came out. But In L4D2 We get trashed at times where we think its a hack cheat but we dont beef i mean it happens. Its a game.

I had a trash talker in SF4 and i washed em up somethin horrible just for that. The person wasnt a bad player at all. He just met his match with me that night and started talkin hella trash and "Tried" to cheese me and got rocked anyway. If i lose i dont care. Im not gonna die for real ya know? Just learn and get better at it if u like playing people

Besides i dont play as passionate as i used to like way back. im gettin much older now so its just for the love and no badge of "Im the best" bit.

I haven't gotten banned yet, because I don't hack... I don't talk to people on XBOX Live... I don't even use my mic unless there's people in the room that I know of like friends that I invited or something...

i mean i havent gotten a ps3 yet. But as for 360, thats takin it a bit far to suspend someone cuz some random prick didnt approve of a persons bio that didnt have anything to do with em. It takes the whole fun out of Gaming online when you get frozen and Banned for 3 days cuz of non sense like that. So pretty much i see 360s police is too d@mn strict. Its "My" profile and obviously they should have read that i made that Bio a certain way because i was being harrassed 1 or 2 times by people trying to send fake microsoft points sites to steal my account and possibly others. All these violent games online available and they allow just anyone to make a jacked up power move to freeze your account?...c'mon

Its stupid if you ask me. And it totally bitters the feeling of having the freedom of showing your profile and meeting new friends to have fun online with. It raises the paranoia of "Dont trust anyone online & just stick to your own folk" kinda crap which is a drag.

AS MUCH AS YOU ALL HERE SEEM BURNED ABOUT THE WHOLE THING, HAVE ANY OF YOU ACTUALY READ THE "XBOX LIVE TERMS OF SERVICE" AGREEMENT? THEY ARE TOTALLY WITHIN THEIR RIGHTS TO TAKE ACTION BASED ON WHAT YOU HAD POSTED IN AN AREA THAT CAN BE PROPERLY CONTROLLED. MY FRIEND/EX-ROOMIE "TAILUST" HAD HIS ACCOUNT TEMP-BANNED TOO FOR STUFF IN HIS BIO, IT'S A REGULAR OCCURANCE. THE FACT THAT YOU GOT AWAY WITH IT FOR TWO MONTHS IS AN ACCOMPLISHMENT IN IT'S OWN RIGHT.

FLAMMING AND TRASH-TALKING DURING GAMES AND SUCH CAN'T BE REGULATED AS WELL THOUGH, EVEN THE ESRB KNOWS THAT. BUT IF YOU RECEIVE ENOUGH COMPLAINTS FROM MULTIPLE USERS, MICROSOFT WILL TAKE SOME SORT OF ACTION.

Thats just it. I dont trash talk at all or anything unsportsmen like. A lot of users do but i dont say a word but just play. However i am aware of the Rules of Xbox (and god knows the stuff i hear in the lobby rooms of call of duty & GTA4) but its quite clear since my profile was viewable and we trashed (by gameplay mayhem) some prick in a left 4 dead 2 game they attacked me by chance. Im just saying, I dont go playing many people i dont know. Someone had to go out of their way to do that who i just played at random. But hey. everything is set to private now and i guess ill jump on the band wagon also. "If you harass me Then ill definitely report you". Let the cycle begin so everybody can chill out...and just be a Gamer..thats it..right?

My question is more if you guys think its TOO strict, a degree of regulation is mandatory that much is true and its obviously written in the licence agreement, weather its too strict or not is the question especially taking into consideration the games relased for said console. I understand that you're playing on Xbox Live, but I never thought LIVE would never tolerate stuff like this. Dang, It's a good thing I play PSN.

Anyways, I get your point dude. All the trash talking and whining in stuff like these get quite annoying. I hear it almost everyday when I play MW2 on PS3. Luckily though, I tend to laugh at these people whining in the game because it's quite funny how they fail at everything in the game, and it shows how devoted they are to playing games like Modern Warfare and how addicted they to it are as well. Crap goes on in Xbox LIVE and PSN, and people would waste seconds of their lives being ransacked by the frustration and the underestimation. I really hate the fact that no one would ever show true sportsmanship online when they play, and true sportsmanship is one in a few players. But honor never has a place in all of us, for our actions have been dishonored by many.

We've all heard the phrase "It's just a game", right? Games like Call of Duty and Halo doesn't seem like to be "just a game" when in comes to playing games anymore, it's rather something you can't let go.

does rep affect anything at all? why is it there? i've gotten so many bad reps for being unsupporting. what does that even mean? i only play mvc2,sf4, and mw2 when im online. i rarely use the mic for any of those games and when i do im not being unsportsmanlike. i've had so many people avoid me in sf4 just bcause they lost. some ppl are terribly sore losers

yeh the rep sorta does. It has somethin to do with the amount of stars you have. if u notice some people have more than others or less. Plus i guess that how Xboxlive pays attention more to your activity if your percentage lets say is ver bad in areas they may pay more attention to you as far "if" youre a violator er somethin....Thats just my opinion

As far as people online being sore losers, hell yeh theres a lot on any system. I mean i may get a lil frustrated also but not to that extent. I like to leave apponents with the Idea in mind that either one I can be heavy comp. Or if you are that good, then i want you to know im no slouche and i dont give up easily and i learn fast. Haha so no clownin here!

reminds in super street fighter recently where the dude hit to record the match of me "Losing". and he lost badly that 3rd round. He was good but i guess he tried to be funny and get fancy. Instead of me gettin mad and rage quit i just turned it up a notch to beat em...
