Yeah, it was very amazing.  The guy who made this deserves a job at VALVe.  The animation and lip syncing are great.  The quality is up there with VALVe's very own "Meet The Team" videos.

Speaking of "syncing" he also made side by side comparison of both videos as well. ;*))
