a Luke Cage mugen?

I was wondering if anyone plans to make a Luke Cage mugen.

I did have some plans for it and even gotten started on the sprites but I'm sure a more experienced mugen maker could handle it

But theirs was one of my inspirations, my shirt was actually supposed to be black but gave laziness  . But the bases are different from that used them I think, the basis of these is the tiger martial masters and mine is a sprite edit of dudley and pras hand I used Urien. er ameu first edit as found valid by me based on someone, sorry if I did something wrong. excuse my English is google translator .
