Of course, the dub itself apparently ties into the movies and the episodes are shuffled...so the show may kinda be ruined a bit, but not as much as Beast Wars joke dub. Hopefully.

There's a movie?  An the intro was pretty cool. It almost made the show seem slightly cooler. But where was Sarai during the entire japanese intro?

That looked cool, but what was up with iron hide being in the intro, he was only on the show twice.

Japan will make it tie in with the live action movie, and they'll make Bulkhead into Ironhide

According to a preview article in Figure-Ō magazine, and one in TV Magazine, Animated was to be heavily altered in order to make it take place within the continuity of the 2007 Transformers feature film. According to TakaraTomy marketing director Masahiko Yamazaki, it takes place chronologically before the movie. However, content within the actual dub of the show contradicts some of Yamazaki's statements (such as Bulkhead having his "world view" modified to be inline with Movie Ironhide's), so the extent of this alteration is contestable.

I really don't like the japanese dub.  They characters lost the robotic voices they originally had.  Now they just sound like a bunch of japenese people in armor.

That intro was awsome. The Japanese usually have great intros for anime and some of the US cartoons they bring. Now I want that Jam Project song.

The Japanese X-men intro is very good but i still like the American version, the beat is so catchy.

Yeh i remember the japanese intro of the Xmen way back when the Street Anime Movie first came out in the 90s on Vhs.
Gotta love japan and their Cool Dramatic Intros ...

But lets not forget this Ooold Xmen Intro here

I'm still on season 2 of Transformers. I can't find season three or above anywhere. 

And we need a thread for all of the classic intro and endings of past shows.

haha yeh i got the whole collection of TF series in 2004. had to man haha. Cool Box set of anime cells. Bot con openings and at least 3 to 4 dvds in each box set ..

I dont think so. If you go back and listen to it, they didnt call Optimus, Convoy. They called him Optimus Prime, which means that it is still a rank lower then the top, which suggests its just the same continuity.(or simular)

They also called him Optimus in the movie, so that's not really proof.

And it's just the first few episodes.

Also, they called Bulkhead Ironhide. May be a minor thing for now, but who knows what may happen in the next few.

Of course, it doesn't matter for now until Japan decides to make another season like they did in G1.
