Tapion by Team DBZ OS

Well i always thought this would be one of the last chars made in mugen dbz and unexpectedly see a boy named tapionproductions saying he was making a sheet of tapion and wanted Wenchu programed it, but then the programmer was Nahue77.
the char is better than physical attacks ki, besides in the movie almost does not speak.
Thanks to Tapion for make the almost all sheet (extended by Nahue77 and Wenchu) and Dragolink for the excellent big portrait.
