3 SF Stages - Beta

Ok, First i wanna thank Cybster for his cool tool.
I can say that i love this tool, no color loss are on stages.
Second: the stages are beta, mean that they are not totally completed.

There's plenty of color loss, especially on E-Honda's and Beach stage. Guile's stage was already done by WMN1.

Anyways these stages are so damn boring. You didn't even attempt adding some animation on these, Yes it can be done. Look at NoZ's Thailand stage for example.
