Mel Masters Concept

Base:
Sakura (MvC)head (edited to be more manly)
Bao(KOF2K0) body
Guy(SFA) shoes.
With a little of franken-spriting with this one base I think it could work.
Bao has some good punches to work with, its the lower body that'll give you trouble. Still, it could work.
